Es handelt sich um eine helle und sehr praktisch gelegene 2-Raumwohnung (60m²), die als WG genutzt wird. Ein Zimmer (ca. 23m²) ist ab 01. März 2009 frei.
Die monatliche WARMMIETE beträgt 161,50 €.
Kaution beträgt 94,5 €.
Die Küche ist möbliert und kann mitgenutzt werden. Im Bad ist eine Waschmaschine die auch mitgenutzt werden kann.
Ich suche nette/n Mitbewohner/in, die aufgeschlossen und gepflegt ist.
Haustiere sind erlaubt, jedoch noch abzusprechen mit dem Vermieter.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 10-15 Minuten Fußdistanz von der HS entfernt. Sie liegt direkt am Ring, es bieten sich gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles notwendige ist meistens in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es ist eine Nicht-Raucher Wohnung, also sind Raucher nicht erwünscht.
Das Rauchen ist am Fenster im Haus möglich.
