Das Zimmer ist ruhig groß (20m2), hell und voll möbliert (es ist in der Wohnung enthalten, so dass Sie nicht zahlen müssen, um es zu übernehmen) Das Zimmer hat ein großes Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, einige Regale, einen Schreibtisch und einen bequemen Sessel.

I am renting my wonderful room, as I am moving away. The room is quietly big (20m2), bright and fully furnished (it's included in the flat, so you don't have to pay to take over it) The room has a big bed, a wardrobe, some shelfs, a desk, and a comfortable arm chair.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Marktplatz entfernt, in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen. Der See ist 15 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt und 10 Minuten von Supermärkten wie REWE und EDEKA.

The apartment is very well located, 2 minutes walking from Marktplatz, situated in a quiet street. The lake is 15 minutes away from the flat and 10 minutes from supermarkets like REWE and EDEKA.
Wir sind 2 Personen, die in dieser Wohnung leben, mein Mitbewohner, Adib, wird jedoch bald ausziehen. Es gibt ein sehr schönes Badezimmer, mit einer Badewanne und eine Küche mit einem großen Tisch, wo man Abendessen organisieren kann. Die Wohnung ist recht neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hat uns immer alles erleichtert.

We are 2 people living in this flat, my flatmate, Adib, will move out soon though. There is a very nice bathroom, with a bathtub and a kitchen with a big table where you can organize dinners. The flat is quietly new and in very good state.The owner is very nice and has always made things easier for us.
Das Gebäude hat einen Keller, einen Platz zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern und einen kleinen Garten, in dem wir schon einige schöne Grillabende veranstaltet haben.Ich werde Anfang August ausziehen, also können wir darüber reden, wann Sie einziehen wollen und uns auf ein Datum einigen, das uns beiden nützt. Wenn Sie Interesse an der Wohnung haben, zögern Sie nicht, mich zu kontaktieren und wir können eine Besichtigung organisieren, wenn Sie wollen :)

The building has a cellar, a place to store bikes and a little garden where we have done some nice barbecues. I will be moving out at the beginning of August, so we can talk when you want to move in and agree in a date that benefit us both.
