- 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Station Brunaustrasse (Tram 7) und 3 Minuten zur Busstation (Bus 72).
- 5 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Fahrrad zum Bahnhof Enge (oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß).
- 5 Gehminuten zum Zürichsee und Mythenquai Badi.

Mitbewohner:
Eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre mit freundlichen Mitbewohnern. Alle sind junge Berufstätige: Etienne (Sales), Patrizia (Schauspielerin/Influencerin), Marianne (Postdoc-Forscherin), Bobby (Selbstständig), Sebastian (Versicherung) und Melanie (Consultant). Die Vermieterin, ihre Tochter und ihre freundlichen Hunde leben ebenfalls im Haus, allerdings in getrennten Wohnräumen. Da sie viel arbeitet, ist sie nicht oft da, aber manchmal mischt sie sich gerne unter uns in der Küche bei einem gemeinsamen Abendessen.
Gemeinsamer Lebensraum:
Ungefähr 200 Quadratmeter gemeinsamer Wohnraum. Drei Toiletten und zwei getrennte Bäder (eines davon wird derzeit renoviert). Zugang zu einer gemeinsamen, voll ausgestatteten Küche im Erdgeschoss (eine geräumigere und modernere Küche ist für das Untergeschoss geplant). Gemeinsame Waschmaschinen und Wäschetrockner im Erdgeschoss, ohne die Hektik eines Waschplans. Zwei gemeinsame Balkone mit malerischem Panorama. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören eine Infrarotsauna, eine gemütliche Feuerstelle im Garten, zwei Grills, Tischtennisplatte und ein Kräutergarten im Sommer.

Roommates:
A warm and welcoming atmosphere with friendly roommates. All of them are young professionals, Etienne (Sales Manager), Patrizia (Actress/Influencer), Marianne (Post-doc Researcher), Bobby (self-employed), Sebastian (insurance) and Melanie (Consultant). The landlady, her daughter and their friendly dogs also live in the house, but in separated living quarters. Since she works a lot, she is not often around, however, she sometimes likes to mingle with us in the kitchen over a shared dinner.
Shared Living Space:
Approximately 200 sqm of shared living space. Three toilets and two separate bathrooms (one currently under renovation). Access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor (with a more spacious and modern kitchen planned for the basement). Shared washing machines and tumble drier on the ground floor, without the hustle of a washing plan. Two shared balconies with picturesque panorama. Additional amenities include an infrared sauna, a cozy firepit in the garden, two grills, table tennis setup and a herbal garden during the summe

Zusätzliche Annehmlichkeiten:
Reinigung inklusive: Die Villa verfügt über Hauspersonal, das die Gemeinschaftsräume einschließlich Küche und Bäder reinigt. Gemeinsamer Abstellraum auf dem Dachboden und Fahrräder können im Untergeschoss abgestellt werden. Haustierfreundlich, aber bisher hat niemand in der Wohngemeinschaft ein Haustier. Internet ist bereits in den Nebenkosten inklusive.

Cleaning included: The Villa has house personnel that cleans the common areas including kitchen and bathrooms. Shared storage space in the attic and indoor bike storage. Pet friendly, but so far no one in the flat share has a pet. Furthermore, the Internet is also included in the living costs.
