Apartment is 2 mins walking distance from the Tram 7 stop Butzenstrasse.
You will be sharing a flat with a non-smoking 27-year old Consultant. It would be great if you speak English, as my German is very basic.
In the kitchen there is a brand new fridge and the oven (changed in April 2021), as well as dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee-machine.
Spacious living room with a nice TV - great space to play board games, invites some people for dinner or have a Netflix marathon.
