Das Zimmer hat 18 m², liegt ruhig zum Garten raus und ist Teil einer modernen 7.5 Zimmer Maisonette-Wohnung (210 m²) inklusive einer grossen Dachterrasse und zwei Balkonen. Das Zimmer ist mit dem Nötigsten möbliert (Bett, Tisch + Stuhl, Kleiderstange (kein Schrank leider)). Die Miete beträgt inklusive aller NK, Putzkraft, Internet, Netflix: 1650 CHF

The room has 18m² and is on the back side of the house, facing the garden and is part of a modern and big 7.5 room flat (210 m²) with a nice big rooftop terrace and two balconies. The room is furnished with the most important basics (bed, table + clothes rail (no cupboard unfortunately). The rent is 1650 CHF in total including all extra costs (internet, electricity, cleaning of the common rooms, Netflix).
Zürich Hauptbahnhof (HB) befindet sich in 15 Minuten Laufdistanz, Uni Spital, ETH in direkter Nähe. Gute ÖV-Anbindung über Bus33 und Tram 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 in 5 Gehminuten
Wir suchen einen netten Zwischenmieter/in für den Monat Juni.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Laura (30), Peter (33), Timo (34) und Ursi (33). Wir alle machen gerne Sport (Klettern, Judo, Snowboarden, Wandern, ...), kochen gerne und sind in einem Leben vor Corona auch gerne gereist. Bisher sprechen wir in der WG Deutsch, sind aber auch offen für Englisch, und in Teilen auch für Französisch/Spanisch :)

We are looking for a nice interim tenant for the room for the month of June.
Your roommates would be Laura (30), Peter (33), Timo (34) and Ursi (33). We all love sports (rock climbing, judo, snowboarding, hiking,…), like to cook and also enjoyed travelling a lot in a life before Covid. Up to now, German is the main language of the flat, but we would all be open for English… and in parts also for French/Spanish :)
