Die komplett ausgestattete 5-Zimmer-Wohnung (95m2) teilt sich in zwei Stockwerke auf. Im 3.OG befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein grosses Bad, im 4.OG ein grosses Wohn-/ Esszimmer, Küche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, separate Toilette, kleiner Extraraum.
Die unbefristete Untermiete umfasst:
> 1 Zimmer: ein Schlafzimmer (3.OG) komplett möbliert (Bett, Einbauschrank, Kommode, Feuteuille, Schreibtisch bei Bedarf - Möbel können aber auch entfernt werden) und sehr hell (3 Fenster)
> alle Nebenkosten: Strom, Heizung, Internet, TV, Reinigung
> Mitbenutzung der Gemeinschaftsräume

I am looking for a weekly commuter to share a duplex apartment in the heart of the old town of Zurich.
The apartment is fully equipped and located nearby the picturesque Lindenhof, just opposite to Restaurant Kindli. By foot 7 min to the main station (Zurich Hauptbahnhof), 2 min to supermarket (Coop St Annahof), and 5 min to Paradeplatz. On the 3rd floor there are 2 bedrooms, one big bathroom, on the 4th floor there are a cosy and light dining and living area, kitchen with washing machine and tumbler, separate toilet, small spare room. During the day the area is busy with tourist groups, quiet in the evening/ at night as restaurants, bars etc. shut at 10pm. There is ittle to no traffic (pedestrian zone).
Subtenancy includes:
> furnished bedroom, very bright and sunny (a row of three windows) and comes with a built-in wardrobe, bed, chest of drawers, armchair
> all running costs: internet, electricity, heating, TV
> use of common rooms
> bedding and towels
> basic foods, toiletries and detergent
You (m/f) are
> ideally commuting to Zurich for work (using the apartment only during the week)
> between 25 and 40
> looking for a second, fully equipped home in a great location for during the week, offering all comforts

Die Wohnung befindet sich unterhalb des malerischen Lindenhofs und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof (7 Minuten zu Fuss), zum Supermarkt Coop St Annahof (2 Minuten) und zum Paradeplatz (5 Minuten). Der Blick aus dem Fenster geht auf den Gasthof Kindli, den Rennweg, und die Strehlgasse. Wie überall in der Altstadt ist es tagsüber belebt durch Touristen, abends ruhig (Sperrstunde ab 22 Uhr). Es gibt keinen bis nur geringen Autoverkehr (Fussgängerzone).
