Das Zimmer ist circa 16 qm gross, durch die Lage zum Innenhof im Obergeschoss ruhig und durch die südöstliche Ausrichtung vor allem morgens angenehm hell. Durch fast quadratische Form lässt es sich sehr flexibel einrichten. Die Wohnung hat zudem einen größeren sowie kleinen Balkon, was besonders im Sommer ziemlich angenehm ist. Im Zimmer befinden sich Möbel, die ich dir gegen einen fairen Preis hinterlassen würde. Diese wären ein Schrank, ein Bett mit Lattenrost sowie Matratze, Vorhänge und ein Schreibtisch.

The room is about 16 square metres in size, quiet due to its location facing the inner yard, on the upper floor and pleasantly bright, especially in the morning, due to its south-eastern orientation. Thanks to its almost square shape, it can be arranged very flexibly. The flat also has a larger as well as a small balcony, which is quite pleasant especially in summer. There is furniture in the room that I would leave you for a fair price. This would be a wardrobe, a bed with slatted frame and mattress, curtains and a desk.
Wir suchen eine offene, zugängliche Person, die idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen mit und Lust auf eine entspannte WG hat. Der Einzugstemrin wäre flexibel, sodass du wahrscheinlich bereits ab den 29.05.2022 das Zimmer bewohnen könntest. -

We are looking for an open, approachable person who ideally already has experience with and a desire for a relaxed flat share. The move-in date would be flexible, so you could probably move into the room as early as 29.05.2022.
Da meine Zeit in Zürich zuende geht, suchen wir für mich eine/n geeignete/n Nachmieter/in. Du wirst dir die Wohnung zusammen mit Davide und Philipp teilen. Philipp arbeitet aktuell bei einer Bank im Projektmanagement und Davide ist Postdoc an der ETH. Die WG würde ich als recht zwanglos beschreiben, wo allerdings jeder die Bedürfnisse des anderen respektiert und seinen Freiraum geniesst.

As my time in Zurich is coming to an end, we are looking for a suitable new tenant. You will share the flat with Davide and Philipp. Philipp currently works in project management at a bank and Davide is a postdoc at ETH. I would describe the flat-sharing as quite informal, but where everyone respects each other's needs and enjoys their space.
