Liegt in einer ruhigen Lage im 2.OG. Zimmer kann auch Möbliert übernommen werden (1000.-CHFr). Im Wohn und Essbereich kann alles mitbenützt werden es hat einen Beamer so wie 3 Sofas und einen Esstisch.
Wohnen ist 22qm und Essen ist 14qm gross.
Auf dem Balkon (12qm) hat es einen Grill und eine Launch, von der man vorwiegend das grüne sieht.
Es hat 1x Bad mit wc und 1x Dusche mit wc.
Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann für 150.- dazu gemietet werden. Im Keller hat es Regale, mit Stauraum.

Die WG wird von 2 Männern bewohnt, Koch und KV. Wir beide Arbeiten du kannst aber auch ein Student/in sein. Wir sind offen für mann und frau, solange es für jeden passt.
Im Sommer wird sehr viel den Grill angeschmissen.
Im Keller hat es einen Waschraum bei dem man sich einschreiben muss.
Die Wohnung kann auch gern besichtigt werden, am besten per WhatsApp einen Termin vereinbaren.
