Das Zimmer ist ca 20 Quadratmeter groß und befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung direkt am Bahnhof Stadelhofen. Es wird für 3 Monate möbliert, mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode und Leseecke, vermietet. Zu dem Zimmer gehört ein eigenes kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung ist eine Maisonettewohnung und wird von mir, unten, und meiner Mitbewohnerin Lea, oben, bewohnt. Wir teilen uns eine offene Küche (voll ausgestattet) mit riesen Wohn- und Essraum. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in allerbester Lage, 2 Minuten zum Zürichsee, 1 Minute zum Bellevue und direkt am Bahnhof Stadelhofen.
Das Niederdorf schliesst direkt an die Strasse an und man hat alles was das Herz begehrt in der Nähe.
ÖV in alle Richtungen, Supermärkte, Reinigungen usw..
Wir sind Miriam, die ab Februar ins Ausland geht und das Zimmer für 3 Monate vermietet und Lea, die beruflich und privat viel unterwegs ist.
Wir suchen eine/n ordentliche/n, nette/n, Mitbewohner/in, der/die das Zimmer für 3 Monate bewohnt und schätzt und mit allen Sachen sorgsam umgeht.
