Zur Vervollständigung unserer schönen WG suchen wir eine(n) Mitbewohner(in) für ein 16 m^2 grosses Zimmer für eine nette 3er WG (4 Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon, 2. Stock). Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (nur Arbeitspult, kein Bett), Internetanschluss (WLAN) ist vorhanden. Darüber hinaus steht eine voll ausgerüstete Küche zur Verfügung, eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die angegebene Miete ist inklusive Nebenkosten, exklusive Strom, Internet und Billag. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, die Zimmer bieten also eine ideale Arbeitsatmosphäre. Besichtigungstermine auf Anfrage.

To complete our great flat-sharing community, we are looking for a new flatmate for a 16 m^2 room to form a kind 3 people flatsharing community (4 rooms flat with balcony, 2nd floor). The room is only partially furnished (workplace, no bed), internet access is available. There's a fully equipped kitchen jointly used and a washing machine is available as well. The rent includes additional costs, excl. electricity, internet and radio/TV fees. The flat is located in a calm neighbourhood, so it provides an ideal working environment. Showing on request.
Die WG befindet sich in Zürich Affoltern in einer Gegend, wo viele Studenten wohnen. ETH Hönggerberg oder Uni Irchel sind schnell erreichbar, aber auch die Innenstadt ist nicht weit (15 min per Bus, mit Nachtverbindungen). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich nahegelegen in Zürich Affoltern und Zürich Oerlikon. -------------------------------------------------------------- The flat is located in Zürich Affoltern in an area, where a lot of students live. ETH Hönggerberg and Uni Irchel are close, and the city center isn't far either (15 min by bus, night connections included). Grocery stores are also quickly reachable either at ETH Hönggerberg , Zürich Affoltern or Zürich Oerlikon.
Wir sind eine fröhlich-lustige 2er WG, in der jeder seine eigenen Interessen hat, wir aber gerne mal einen Abend zusammen verbringen - diese angenehme Atmosphäre möchten wir (Sibel, Umweltingenieurin, arbeitet in Biologie, und Lukas, 28, Physikabsolvent, arbeitet bei Startup) beibehalten.
Wenn du ein(e) aufgeschlossene(n) Student(in) oder junge(r) Berufstätige/r bist, die/der sich am WG-Leben beteiligen möchte (z. B. bei Gelegenheit gemeinsames Kochen an Abenden) freuen wir uns, von dir zu hören. Die Anzeige richtet sich auch Interessenten, die für einen Austausch nach Zürich kommen. Als Voraussetzung solltest du Nichtraucher sein und keine Haustiere mitbringen. We were a friendly-funny 2-people flatsharing community, each with its own interests enjoying a common evening from time to time - an atmosphere that we (Sibel, 26, environmental engineer, works in biology, and Lukas, 28, physicist, works at a startup) would like to preserve.
If you are an open-minded student or young professional that intends to participate in the community's living (e.g. by cooking together in the evening on occasion) I am looking forward to hearing for you.
