Die Kaution beträgt CHF 2'500. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet und ist 14.4 m2 gross. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon.
We are looking for a new roomie for our shared apartment in Kreis 3 (near Lochergut) starting from mid of February or early March. Rent is CHF 1'013.- (including any additional costs, internet, BILAG). Deposit is CHF 2'500. Your private, unfurnished room measures 14.4 m2 and we share a living room and balcony.
Zentral gelegen, Coop vor der Haustür, Tramlinien 2 und 3 vor der Haustür, Idaplatz um die Ecke, Bahnhof Wiedikon in der Nähe, sehr nette Nachbarn im Haus, das Nachtleben direkt vor dem Haus :)
Wir wünschen uns eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin ungefähr in unserem Lebensabschnitt, die längerfristig in der WG leben möchte (und sich potentiell vorstellen könnte, den Mietvertrag als eine der Hauptmieterinnen zu übernehmen). Wir sind Fareyah (28, Architektin, spricht Französisch, Englisch, Spanisch, Deutsch und Urdu) und Marielle (27, Controllerin, spricht Schwedisch und Englisch). Es gibt einen Putzplan, aber abgesehen davon sind wir ziemlich lässig.
We are looking for a female roomie who is about our age and who is wants a long-term accomodation. We are Fareyah (28, is an architect, speaks many languages) and Marielle (27, works in finance, speaks Swedish and English). Even though we follow a cleaning schedule and like order, we are pretty cool.
