I am Iris (Italy, 32 years old) and I moved to Zürich 3 years ago to catch a job in the architecture field. I’m looking for a young professional and open-minded flatmate (F or M, 25-35 years old) to share a flat (short/long term) in Zurich’s hearth (Kreis 4). It’s not about an anonymous flat-share, so from time to time, why not to spend some nice times in or outside the flat.
I offer a 15 m2 furnished room in a 4 rooms apartment including living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a balcony. Own washing machine/dryer available in the flat. The location is very central (Langstrasse quartier) and ideal for an urban lifestyle. Bars, restaurants, Coop, tram and bus stop are only 1 min walk away. Main station is less than 15 min walk away. The monthly rent of 1000 CHF includes heating and water. Extra charges for electricity and internet are about 45 CHF per month. Ich suche ein-e nett-e Mitbewohner-in kurzfrist/langfristig für meine 2er WG im Herz von Zürich (Kreis 4). Es handelt sich nicht um ein zweck-WG, aber eher um eine freundliche Verständigung zu gründen und ein angenehmes Zuhause zu bilden.
Ich biete ein 15 m2 möbliertes Zimmer in einer 4-Zimmer Altbauwohnung inkl. Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und Balkon. Eigene Waschmaschine/Wäschetrockner in der Wohnung verfügbar. Zentrale Lage (Langstrassequartier) und daher urbanen Lebensstil. Bars, Restaurants, Coop, Tram- und Bushaltestellen nur 1 Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Hauptbahnhof weniger als 15 min zu Fuss entfernt. Die Monatsmiete von 1000 CHF deckt Heizung wie Wasser.
