Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 132 m2 großen 4,5 Zimmerwohnung im Zentrum der schönen Stadt Zürich. Neben dem Zimmer stehen zwei Balkone, ein großes und gemütliches Wohnzimmer (23 m2) und eine geräumige Küche (23 m2) zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Der angegebene Mietpreis beinhaltet alle Kosten (Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet).

I am renting my 18 m2 room with private bathroom (5 m2) due to a trip for a month (07/15 - 08/15) in summer. The room is part of a 132 m2 4.5 room apartment in the center of the beautiful city of Zurich. Next to the room there are two balconies, a large and cozy living room (23 m2) and a spacious kitchen (23 m2) for shared use. The indicated rental price includes all costs (heating, water, electricity, internet).
Der Hauptbahnhof Zürich ist in 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Mehrere Supermärkte (Migros, Coop, Aldi) sind innerhalb von 3 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Limmat erreichst du innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten.
Zurich main station can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Different supermarkets (Migros, Coop, Aldi) are reachable within 3 minutes of walking. The river Limmat can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Teilen wirst du dir die Wohnung mit meinen zwei freundlichen und offenen MitbewohnerInnen Etienne (29) und Marta (25). Vor allem im Sommer sind wir gerne draußen unterwegs (Radfahren, Tischtennis spielen, Wandern, Schwimmen in den vielen schönen Badis der Stadt).
You will share the apartment with my two friendly and open roommates Etienne (29) and Marta (25). Especially in summer we like to be outdoors (cycling, playing table tennis, hiking, swimming in the many beautiful swimming pools in the city).
