Dein Zimmer ist ca 16 qm gross und hat eine komplette EinbauSchrankWand. Für Wochenaufenthalter oder NeuZuzügler wäre es auch möglich noch ein Bett und eine Kommode zu stellen :) Es ist uns wichtig, eine soziale Person zu finden, die sich gerne integriert und trotzdem Privatraum respektiert, positiv eingestellt ist und auf eigenen Beinen steht.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. Stock (mit Lift) hat 4 Zimmer (ca. 100qm), 2 Balkone und wurde vor 3 Jahren komplett renoviert. Ausserdem ist einrichtungstechnisch alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben braucht: WiFi in jedem Zimmer, Flatscreen TV & DVD-Player, Bettsofa und ein grosser Esstisch für bis zu 9 Personen im WoZi. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet (Geschirr, Töpfe, Küchengeräte, etc etc) inkl. Spülmaschine. Bad mit Badewanne und 2 Waschbecken, Waschmaschine & Trockner sind im Keller, ohne mühsamen Waschplan. Die Nachbarn sind pflegeleicht. Geraucht wird nur auf den Balkonen.
Miete: 1150.- CHF/Monat, inkl. Putzfrau alle 2 Wochen, Wifi, Billag & Hausratsversicherung, exkl. Elektrizität (je nach Verbrauch). Kaution = 2 Monatsmieten.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, Nähe Schaffhauserplatz, mit super Anbindung: Von hier sind Uni/ETH, HB, Central, Bellevue/See, Letten, Milchbuck, Oerlikon usw. in höchstens 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen (Tram 7, 11, 14, 15 - Bus 32, 33).
Wir sind 2 aufgeschlossene Mädels (29-jährige Münchnerin & 23-jährige Zürcherin) und suchen eine/n vertrauenswürdige/n sowie zuverlässige/n und sympathische neue/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die zu uns passt. Wir sind eine harmonische und saubere WG, die sehr gerne mal zusammen auf dem Balkon sitzt, sich aber bei Bedarf auch ihren Freiraum lässt. Dabei ist es uns wichtig, dass jeder seinen Teil zum Haushalt und WG-Leben beiträgt.
