Ich ziehe momentan aus meiner Studenten-WG in Zürich aus und suche dementsprechend einen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer hat etwa 15 qm, wovon ein Teil aber schon durch ein kleines eingebautes Regal und einen Tresor (der sich auch als Kleiderschrank nutzen lässt) belegt ist. Beleuchtung ist auch bereits vorhanden. Die Miete enthält alle Nebenkosten.
Es gibt neben den üblichen WG-Einrichtungen wie einer geteilten Küche und Internet auch eine grosse Dachterrasse und eine sehr geräumige Abstellkammer. Ausserdem ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.

I am moving out of my shared student flat, which is why I am looking for a new tenant. The room has about 15 sqm, of which a bit is already taken up by a small shelf and a large safe (which can be used as a small closet, in my experience). Lighting is already installed as well. The rent includes all 'Nebenkosten'.
Besides the usual shared flat amenities like wifi and a shared kitchen, you will find a large rooftop terrace, a spacey box room and a washing machine.
Zum ETH- oder UZH-Hauptgebäude sind es etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Rad oder ÖV. Der Zürichsee ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, ein Coop und ein Migros befinden sich in weniger als 5 Minuten Gehdistanz.

It takes about 10 minutes to get to the central buildings of ETH or UZH by bike or tram. You can walk to the lake in about 5-10 minutes. Both Coop and Migros are reachable in less than five minutes on foot.
Die anderen Mitbewohner sind ebenfalls Studenten oder im studentischen Alter. Die WG ist sehr international.
