Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei relativ gleichgrossen Zimmern, einem grossem Wohnzimmer mit offener Wohnküche, sowie einem dritten Raum im oberen Stockerk (Treppe innerhalb der Wohnung).
Das Wohnzimmer hat hierdurch sehr höhe Decken.
Eine Markenküche (V-Zug) mit Spülmaschine und eine Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine im Keller ist vorhanden.
Die Miete beträgt 2000.-CHF warm, sodass für jeden 1000.- CHF anfallen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Oerlikon entfernt, eine tramstation und diverse Bushaltestellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Oerlikon Innenstadt ist ebenfalls in 3 Minuten zu erreichen und bietet diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Der HBF Zürich ist in zwei Stationen (10 Min) erreichbar.
Ich wohne seit etwa vier Monaten in Zürich, nachdem ich davor in Berlin gelebt habe.
Durch meinen Job bin ich zur Zeit sehr viel unterwegs, unter der Woche wirst du mich also nur wenig sehen.
Im Sommer dagegen werde ich mehr Freizeit haben und auch gerne mal etwas zusammen unternehmen.
