Da ich eine lange Geschäftsreise machen muss, bleibt mein Zimmer für einen ganzen Monat frei. Ich würde es gerne untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist ca 15qm groß, Es ist vollmöbliert (siehe Bilder) mit einem 200x140 großen Bett (Bettzeug stelle ich gerne zur Verfügung) und Arbeitstisch. Auch ein Smart-TV ist dabei.Zu dem Zimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne.

I'm going on a longish business trip for a month and so would like to rent out my room while I'm away.
The room is a bit over 15sq. It's fully furbished (see the pics for more details), including a 200x140 large bed (I can provide you with duvet and all) and a desk for work. There's also a TV and a private bathroom.
Das Zimmer liegt in der 3er Etage einer Neubauwohnung ca. 1. Min. zu Fuß vom S-Bahn Bahnhof Schlieren entfernt, aber man kriegt von den Zügen nichts mit. Von dort aus ist Zürich Hbf in ca. 15 Min. zu erreichen. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The room is part of a spacious apartment located in the 3rd floor (4th storey if you're American) of a newly built building. It's just 1 Min away from the city train station, but you can't hear the trains at all. You can reach Zurich Main Train Station in just about 15 min. There are plenty supermarkets to do groceries in within a 5 min walk.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 2-er WG. Die Gemeinschaftsräume (Wohnküche mit Wohnzimmer) teilst du mit meinem Mitbewohner. Er ist ca 26 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Wir beide mögen Sauberkeit, deswegen solltest du auch gepflegt sein und während deines Aufenthalts hier Dich an dem Putzplan beteiligen. Du wirst dein eigenes Badezimmer haben. Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner und Geschirrspüler gehören zu der Ausstattung der Wohnung.

The apartment is shared by me and my flatmate. You will share the common room (an open kitchen and a living room) with my flatmate, Christopher. He's 26 and has a regular job. We both like it clean, so you should do your share of keeping the apartment clean. You will have your own bathroom for yourself. There is also a washing machine, a tumbler dryer and a dishwasher in the apartment.
Die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt CHF 1300. Die Kaution ist 300 und wird beim Auszug zurückgezahlt. Eine Anmietung über einen kürzeren Zeitraum ist möglich (mindestens aber 2 Wochen am Stück) und wird anteilig mit einem Tagessatz von CHF 50 berechnet.
Bei Interesse einfach eine Email mit einer kurzen Selbstdarstellung und dem Datum von Deiner geplanten An- und Abreise oder eine WhatsApp Nachricht an ----/------- schicken.

The rent for the whole period is CHF 1300. The safety deposit is 300 and will be paid back to you when you leave. You could rent the flat for a shorter period (but at least 2 Weeks at a time), in which case the rent is CH 50 / day.
