Hey there
I am looking for a flatmate to share a nice and affordable apartment with.
Your room is about 20 sq m large with a very nice view and plenty of light, the apartment itself has about 90 sq m (including a spacious living room plus dining room and two balconies). Also, there are a washing machine/tumbler and a "garden" which we may share with the rest of the house (5 people). There is, of course, a cleaning lady for the apartment.
The apartment is conveniently located (quiet little street, grocery nearby, 20 min to HB and Bellevue, 10 min to Oerlikon, less than 5 min walk to Züriberg/forest)
I am a 35 years old male from Germany, consultant with an advisory firm and thus little at home during the week. When weather allows, I try to spend as much time as possible outside (mountain biking, hiking, skiing etc.).

Hallo zusammen
Ich suche nach einem/r Mitbewohner/in für meine ruhige, gemütliche 90 qm Wohnung in Zürich.
Dein Zimmer hat gut 20 qm, ist hell und mit schöner Aussicht ins Grüne. Wir teilen uns Küche sowie ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit separatem Esszimmer. Mit dem Rest des Hauses (5 Personen) teilen wir uns Waschmaschine/Tumbler sowie den schönen kleinen Garten.
Von der Wohnung aus ist man in 20 Minuten am HB/Bellevue, in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof Oerlikon sowie in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss am Zürichberg bzw eben im Wald.
Ich bin 35 Jahre alt und stamme aus Deutschland. Da ich beruflich recht eingespannt bin, bin ich unter der Woche eher wenig zu Hause. Sofern es das Wetter zulässt, verbringe ich meine freie Zeit am Wochenende auch ausser Haus beim Laufen, Wandern, Mountainbiken, Ski fahren etc.
