I am renting a quite modern and high quality place in Unterengstringen, which is about 20-30 min from downtown Zurich by bus/train. The appartement is brand new, all nicely furnitured, around 90 sqm in total plus a 60 sqm roof top terasse with lounge furniture.
I am not spending more than a couple of days per month here, so I thought of renting one bedroom (also with brand new furniture) to someone else. Most of the time you would have the place for yourself and I would know that someone is taking care of it.
