The room is about 15 m2, unfurnished. The window in it looks at the backyard and hence, the room is pretty quiet. Floors in your room and in the whole flat have been renovated about a year ago. Rest of the flat is furnished and has everything that you'd need except a dishwasher. It has three rooms (2 bedrooms + the living room) and is 78 m2 big. The flat also has a cellar that can be used to store stuff. Washing machine and dryer are shared. The rent price (1050 CHF) includes all the costs. Move-in date can be negotiated.
3 mins away from: Bahnhof Wiedikon, Tram stop Schmiede Wiedikon (tram 9 and 14) Bus stop Zwinglihaus (buses 32 and 72). Central location in the city of Zurich, close to Hauptbanhof, Langstrasse, Sihl. All the stuff that an average person would care about are reachable on foot within 5 min; supermarkets, pharmacies, gym, restaurants, bars etc.
I am looking for a flatmate with a salary, male or female +/- 5 years from my age. If you are a non smoker, clean person and think that you'd be a good fit as my flatmate, shoot me an email and write something about yourself. Looking forward to it.
I am a PhD student at ETH, 27 years old , male. Speak English and German, although I prefer English. Usually, I am busy during the week, but happy to share a drink at the end of the day. Once in a while I invite few friends over for a dinner. I like to drink beer, play basketball and do outdoors stuff on weekends (you're welcome to join). I am also a clean person.
