Are you looking for a comfortable sublet just 10 minutes away from the center of Zürich? Then my bright and spacious room at Etzelstrasse 43, in a 2er-WG might be just what you're looking for! Perfect for holidays/temporary stay in Zürich, or temporary accommodation while looking for a more permanent place. From the room you have access to a beautiful balcony looking over our garden that we use for gardening veggies. Furthermore, there's a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room to your disposal.
Please note that there is no internet or TV in the apartment (solutions: unlimited data plan + hotspot). However, with so many exciting things to see and do in Zürich, you may not even miss them.
Located in the charming Kreis 2 neighborhood of Wollishofen, and a 2 minute walk away from Wollishofen tram, bus, and train station, you are very well connected to Zürich public transportation (to Zürich main station in 13 minutes by tram 7, or in 10 minutes with train S8). There is a little shopping center in the neighbourhood with supermarkets Denner and Migros right around the corner (3 minutes walking).
Due to my upcoming travel plans, I'm subletting my room from April 5th to mid-May. The apartment is shared with Didier, a friendly 32-year-old Swiss guy (languages: Swiss-German, English, French) who has some exciting projects around the house and works part-time as a librarian. Sometimes we eat or head out to the gym together, and you could do the same, but everything is without obligation. We understand you can be busy.
