Spacious and bright room with a view of the garden. The furnishings can be changed or added to as you wish. Important for you to know - langstrasse can be a noisy area during the weekend, however, since is the last floor you barely hear anything - sleeping with the window open is possible. Wooden floor, heating radiator, darkening through windows, (still) beautiful white walls, internet connection in the room, bed, desktop, and closet.
In addition, the apartment has a living room and the neighbors are very friendly, considerate, and very quiet. Sometimes we do BBQ in the shared garden when is nice weather. Needless to say, you can use the kitchen, bathroom, living room, basement and washing machine, and garden.
Area:
The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Zurich (districts 4) - cafés, bars, bakeries, gym, nightclubs, green spaces, small neighborhood stores and the best restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. The main train station is 10 mins walking, downtown is 15mins. tram and bus station nearby.
Langstrasse is the place where everyone wants to live but nobody cant ;)

I am looking for a roommate, someone who is open-minded, grounded, respects others' personal space but is also up for sharing a beer now and then. Ideally, you have experience living with others, maintain cleanliness, and are a non-smoker.
Single person, between 28 to 40 years, preferably working during the evening/night - the rental period is for 3 months.
I work in IT and am easygoing and open-minded, have many hobbies like dancing, painting with acrylics, swimming,, playing volleyball, spending time with friends, traveling when i can, and music.
