Das Zimmer ist:
Das Zimmer ist ca. 10m2 gross, möbliert (Bett, kleine Kommode, Vorhängen, Schreibtisch und Schreibtisch-Stuhl) mit einem grossen Fenster.
Die Wohnung hat eine separate Küche und ein separates Badezimmer. Küche ist voll ausgestattet (aber keine Geschirrspülmaschine). Das Wohnzimmer ist ziemlich groß mit ausziehbarer Couch und grossem Flatscreen (inkl. Nintendo Switch), wo öfters mal zusammen Fern geschaut wird oder aufm Nintendo gezockt wird.
Einen mittelgrossen Balkon gibt es auch, wo im Sommer öfters gegrillt wird.
Standort ist in Bezirk 11, Örlikon, 3 Minuten zur Haltestelle Schörrlistrasse und auch sonst gut mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar. Der Örlikoner Bahnhof ist 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.

The room is:
The room is approx. 10m2, furnished (bed, small chest of drawers, curtains, desk and desk chair) with a large window.
The apartment has a separate kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped (but no dishwasher). The living room is quite large with a pull-out couch and a large flat screen (incl. Nintendo Switch), where people often watch TV together or play games on Nintendo.
There is also a medium-sized balcony, which is often used for barbecues in summer.
The location is in District 11, Örlikon, 3 minutes to the Schörrlistrasse tram stop and can also be easily reached by bus and train. The Örlikon train station is a 10-minute walk away.

Wir sind:
2 Schweizer aus Zürich, die in der Ausbildung sind, gerne Eishockey und FC Zürich schauen. Ausserdem sehr offene und lustige Mitbewohner mit denen man locker ein Bier trinken, Grillieren, zusammen Sport oder in den Ausgang gehen kann.

2 Swiss guys from Zurich who are in professional training, who like to watch ice hockey and soccer (FC Zurich). In addition, very open and funny roommates with whom you can easily drink a beer, have a barbecue, do sports together or go out.
Wir suchen:
Einen Mitbewohner, der auf jeden Fall bis Ende September in der Wohnung bleiben möchte. Danach werden deine beiden Mitbewohner ausziehen (wegen Militär und Freundin zusammenziehen). Das Zimmer kann ab dem 01.06. oder 15.06. nach Absprache übernommen werden. Wir suchen jemand, der nach September die Wohnung komplett übernimmt. Die Gesamtmiete der Wohnung ist 1800 CHF für 3 Zimmer plus grosses Wohnzimmer. Unter Umständen sogar 1650CHF und es können Möbel billig von den Mitbewohnern abgekauft werden. Wenn du auf die Anzeige antwortest, gib bitte mit an, ob du die Gesamtwohnung danach übernehmen möchtest.
We are looking for:
A roommate who definitely wants to stay in the apartment until the end of September. Moving into the flat would be possible 1st of June or 15th of June (we can talk about what is more convenient). After that, your two roommates will move out (they move out because of military and moving in with girlfriend). We are looking for someone to overtake the whole apartment. The price for the whole flat is 1800 CHF including three rooms plus a big living room. Price might be even 1650CHF and furniture can be bought from the roommates. Please write me in your answer to this ad if you want to take over the whole flat after September.
