The room is fully furnished with a closed, a bed and a desk. The flat has two bedrooms, one cute kitchen and a very cozy living room with a cool sound system. It’s on the ground floor, quite sunny and has a shared garden all around. The room is something like 18 square meters, very sunny the afternoon and giving on the garden side. We also have a cellar to store bikes and an attic to store your potential paintings.
The geographical situation of the flat is optimal for groceries, since it is at a 5 min walk from the Letzipark which has Coop, Manor, UBS, MacDonalds and so on. You are also on the line of the tram 2 and the bus 31 that brings you directly to the Uni or the ETH (25 min door to door). It takes you max 15 min by bus to get to the langstr.
