I’m looking for a nice and trustworthy roommate, somewhere between 30 and 45. Given my long work hours and early start into the day, I appreciate calmer evenings during the week. But i'm always in for the occasional good bottle of wine or cooking dinner together. I’m not a big fan of cleaning plans, therefore the cleaning lady is non-negotiable. Non-smoker preferred.
