As of of now or by agreement, I am looking for a roommate in my apartment in Zurich Wollishofen. The bright 3-room apartment in prime location has 74 m2 of living space and is therefore ideally suited for a 2-person flat share. The flat has the following features and amenities:
- Large entrance with built-in cupboards
- All rooms with parquet flooring
- Spacious and bright living/dining room
- Modern kitchen with chrome steel cover, glass ceramic stove and dishwasher
- Bright bathroom with bathtub, window and tiled floor
- Ceilings with stucco
- Cellar compartment
- Balcony
A laundry room and a bicycle storage room are available for shared use.
The available room has about 10 m2 of living space and is currently unfurnished. The apartment, on the other hand, is fully furnished. The monthly net rent is around CHF 1200 (plus electricity/heating, internet, etc.).
The apartment is in prime location. Several means of public transport are in close proximity and can be reached on foot (train station Wollishofen – five minutes, tram line 7 – three minutes, bus line 72 – two minutes). Numerous shops and service providers that cover the daily needs are also within walking distance. Lake Zurich can be reached within a five-minute walk.
My name is Peter, I’m 28 years old and I’m originally from Germany. Within the past five years I’ve lived in Singapore, Cape Town, and Copenhagen before making my way to Zurich. I’m a sociable person and therefore the flat share should by no means just be serving the purpose of sharing a flat. Rather, I’d like my future roommate to contribute to viable environment. However, I do respect people’s privacy and personal space.
