Für eine Einzelperson ist die Wohnung sehr großzügig und bietet viel Platz. Sie ist auch für mehr als eine Person geeignet. Ich selbst habe sie zusammen mit meiner Freundin bewohnt.

- Möbel: Tisch mit 6 Stühlen, Bücherregal, Couchtisch, L-förmiges Sofa
- Es gibt eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.
Zwecks Termin und Besichtigung können Sie mir bei Whatsapp schreiben oder zwischen 19 und 22 Uhr anrufen.
Die Kommunikation würde mir leichter fallen, wenn wir auf Englisch sprechen können.

This is a convenient place for a person who likes to have greater private life space. I used to stay here with my partner. Hence, couples can also live here.

You can write me from whatsapp to make an appointment. If you don't have whatsapp, I will be free to receive calls after 19.00 pm until 22.00 pm. If you write or speak in English, it would be much easier to communicate.
St. Georgen is one of the historical neighbourhood of Bayreuth. It is 10 min to Train Station, 20 min to the centre by walk. There is a bus station that you can reach in two minutes.
St. Georgen ist eine der historischen Viertel von Bayreuth. Es sind 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 20 min zum Zentrum zu Fuß. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle, die Sie in zwei Minuten erreichen.
Monthly payments for electricity, gas etc... is around 80-90 Euros.
