I'm a french writer and I'm renting my bedroom (24m²) untill the 4th of january. You will have an empty flat for yourself untill the 1st of january. Then you will have 3 days with my roomate, a brazilian painter.
You can also rent the whole flat (86m²) from the 23rd of December to the 1st of January. (for 700€) then you have access to the 2 bedrooms with each a double bed.
It's calm, spacious, and clean. There's everything you need, even a view on the television tower from the kitchen window.

It's very well located, in Mitte, a cozy and fashion district, the supermarket Edeka is at the corner. It's 8 minutes walk from the museum island, 4 min walk from the metro station hackescher markt, and 8 minutes from the main train station (2 stops away), and trams stops are at the end of the street.
