Short term: bright 50m2 roof-top apartment in renovated old building, Kurzzeit: sonnige 50m2 Dachgeschoss-Wohnung in saniertem Altbau

The flat is in on the top floor of an old building in Nordkiez, a beautiful living area of the district Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg.
You have 50 m2 with a combined kitchen and living room, an extra sleeping room and a nice bathroom with bathtub.
The sleeping room contains a double bed 1,40m and a desk. The living room offers you danish style studio couch and armchairs with table, big windows, great view and very green and qiuet court yard and a lot of plants which I would be happy being watered one time during your stay!
The kitchen has a large fridge and everything you need for cooking as well as a dishwasher and an espresso machine which makes delicious coffee!

As I am dependend on the money, I would prefer you to stay the whole 4 weeks for the amount of 700€. If you only want to stay a couple of days I would ask you the amount of 50€ per night as this would require more organisation and less financial security. I hope for yur understanding!

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Altbaus im wunderschönen Nordkiez in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg.
Du hast 50 m2 mit einer Wohnküche, einem extra Schlafzimmer und einem schönen Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes 1,40m Bett und einen Schreibtisch. Im Wohnzimmer findest du eine Schlafcouch im Danish-Style und Sessel mit Tisch, große Fenster, einen tollen Ausblick und einem sehr ruigen und grünen Innenhof und zahlreichen Pflanzen, die ich dich bitten würde, einmal während deines Aufenthalts zu gießen!
Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank und ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man für das Kochen benötigt sowie Geschirrspühlmaschine und Espresso-Siebträgermaschine, die dir einen super leckeren Kaffee macht.

Da ich auf das Geld angewiesen bin, bevorzuge ich es, wenn du meine Wohnung die ganzen 4 Wochen mietest für den günstigeren Preis von 700€. Wenn du nur ein paar Tage bleiben möchtest, berechne ich einen Miete von 50€ pro Nacht, da es mehr Organisationsaufwand und weniger finanzielle Sicherheit bedeutet. Ich hoffe, du hast dafür Verständnis!
