Die gemütliche Wohnung verfügt über zwei Zimmer. Ein größeres Wohnzimmer mit Beamer, Anlage, Schreibtisch, und Esstisch. Das Schlafzimmer hat einen schönen Balkon zum verweilen. Die Küche ist mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet und bietet ebenfalls Platz zum essen zu zweit. Gasherd und Ofen funktionieren einwandfrei.
Das Bad ist mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Wohnung geht zum Vorderhaus und die Straße und die Nachbarn sind super lieb und ruhig. Daher sind ausgelassene Abende oder Stunden mit lauter Musik oder vielen Gästen nicht möglich. Wlan ist natürlich ebenfalls vorhanden.
The cozy apartment has two rooms. A larger living room with projector, stereo, desk, and dining table. The bedroom has a nice balcony to linger. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and also offers space to eat for two. Gas stove and oven work perfectly.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. The apartment goes to the front house and the street and the neighbors are super sweet and quiet. Therefore, hours and evenings with loud music/ a lot of visitors are not possible. Wifi is of course also available.
Die Wohnung liegt eine Gehminute vom wunderschönen Tempelhofer Feld entfernt und die Straße ist ebenfalls als Fahrradstraße ruhig. Es gibt zahlreiche Spielplätze in der Ecke und nebenan z.B. auch Basketballkorb und ein Spielfeld ebenfalls auf dem Tempelhofer Feld. Auch Parks in der Nähe sind da.
Es gibt unzählige leckerere Restaurants aller Küchen in der Nähe. Ebenfalls Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Netto, Rewe, Bioladen, Lidl, Edeka alles in paar Fußminuten erreichbar. Die U8 Boddinstr. ist ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und fährt regelmäßig. Die S-Herrmannstr. ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Es ist eine richtig nette Nachbarschaft, ihr werdet euch sicher wohlfühlen.
The apartment is a minute walk from the beautiful Tempelhofer Feld and the street is quiet as a bicycle street. There are numerous playgrounds in the area and next door, for example, also basketball hoop and a playing field on Tempelhofer Feld. There are parks and sports possibilities nearby.
There are countless delicious restaurants of all cuisines nearby. Also shopping facilities such as Netto, Rewe, organic shops, Lidl, Edeka all within a few minutes walk. The U8 Boddinstr. is about 6 minutes walk away and runs regularly. The S-Herrmannstr. is also available. It is a really nice neighborhood, you will certainly feel comfortable.
