2 helle Zimmer in 4er-WG

Bisher waren wir immer eine sehr zufriedene 4er WG, die Hälfte verlässt uns leider Mitte Januar. Deshalb seid ihr gefragt, die Lücke zu füllen:

Wir suchen 2 nette Menschen, die sich gerne mögen und sich einen eigenen Wohnbereich in unserer 140qm Wohnung teilen wollen. Der besteht nämlich aus einem schönen, hellen, großen Zimmer (36 qm) mit Fensterfront zum Innenhof und ständigem Sonnenschein und einem etwas kleineren Durchgangszimmer (18 qm)- eigentlich ist es ideal für ein Pärchen, das sich an etwas WG-Leben erfreuen will. Küche und Bad werden nämlich mit uns geteilt. Wir sind 26 und 30 Jahre alt und studieren. Die Miete insgesamt für die beiden Zimmer zusammen beträgt 680 Euro. Die Zimmer vermieten wir leider nicht einzeln.

Until now this has been quite a happy flat, shared by four people. In the middle of January one half is leaving though. That's why we need you to fill the gap:

We're looking for two nice people that like each other and want to share an own separate part of our 140m2 apartment!

There's one huge and pretty room (36m2) with windows facing the courtyard (it's always sunny) and a smaller room (18m2) that you have to pass through in order to get into the second one. That's why it's perfect for a couple that likes to have some WG life once in a while. Kitchen and bathroom are shared areas- we are two students, 26 and 30 years of age.
Please note that we just rent out those two rooms together for all in all 680 Euros. Unfortunately you can't have just one of the rooms- except for if you know someone who'd like to have the other one.
