The apartment is fully furnished and includes everything you see in the pictures. Total rent per month is 1,950 euros that include building maintenance (there is a doorman), water, internet, but not electricity. There is also a storage cellar in the basement.
Long term rental- minimum one year. It should be available at the end of May but also could be available earlier (May 15th). Employed couples preferred.
