I'll be moving to my girlfriend and would like to rent out my 2-room flat, perfect for one person or a couple.
There is a bedroom (bed is 140 x 200 cm), a living room with sofa, TV and workspace. There is also a large Balcony.
My kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher & washing machine.
If it is desired, I could arrange with my cleaning help that the service continues.

ich ziehe zu meiner Freundin und möchte meine 2-Raum Wohnung vermieten, perfekt für eine Person oder auch ein Pärchen.
Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, TV und Arbeitsplatz. Am Wohnzimmer und der Küche grenzt ein großer Balkon an. Das Bett ist 140 x 200 cm.
Meine Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit Spülmaschine & Waschmaschine.
Wenn es gewünscht ist, könnte ich mit meiner Putzhilfe vereinbaren, dass sie weiterhin kommt.

The flat is located in a quiet side street. The backyard and also my neighbours are very quiet, so no parties are desired.
Supermarkets are within walking distance and in 10 minutes you are at Humannplatz, where there are nice cafes.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Der Hinterhof und auch meine Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig, daher sind auch keine Partys gewünscht.
Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar und in 10 Minuten ist man am Humannplatz, dort gibt es nette Cafes.
