There is a bedroom (bed is 140 x 200 cm), a living room with sofa, TV and workspace. There is also a large Balcony.
My kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher & washing machine.

Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, TV und Arbeitsplatz. Am Wohnzimmer und der Küche grenzt ein großer Balkon an. Das Bett ist 140 x 200 cm.
Meine Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit Spülmaschine & Waschmaschine.
Wenn es gewünscht ist, könnte ich mit meiner Putzhilfe vereinbaren, dass sie weiterhin kommt.

The flat is located in a quiet side street. The backyard and also my neighbours are very quiet, so no parties are desired.
Supermarkets are within walking distance and in 10 minutes you are at Humannplatz, where there are nice cafes.
