Die Wohnung in Berlin-Schöneberg (Grenze Kreuzberg) hat zwei Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad. Sie ist möbliert und voll ausgestattet. In einem Zimmer werde ich meine persönlichen Sachen lagern.
Die helle, schöne und gepflegte Altbau-Wohnung liegt im 4. OG (Seitenflügel). Das Haus ist ruhig und ebenfalls gepflegt. Im Innenhof steht eine große Kastanie. Fahrradstellplätze sind vorhanden. Die Verkehrsanbindung (ÖPNV (u.a. U7, U2, U9, U6, S1, S2, S25, M48, M85 und M19), Fernverkehr (Südkreuz und Hbf.) und PKW (B1 und A100) ist sehr gut. Die Parkplätze sind alle kostenlos. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt 2 Min. Fußweg. Mittwochs und samstags Wochenmarkt (1 Min. Fußweg)), Restaurants, Cafés und Bars sowie Parks (z.B. Gleisdreieck und Viktoriapark) sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe.
Somit ist eine möblierte Wohnung (Ein Zimmer, Küche und Bad (42 qm)) zu vermieten. Miete (inklusive Betriebs- und Heizkosten sowie Möblierung) sowie Strom und Telefon/Internet 635 € pro Monat.
