- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Rewe,Edeka, Aldi) sind zahlreich zu Fuß zu erreichen
- die Wohnung ist ganz in der Nähe des schönen Crelle-Kiez. Auch zur Akazienstraße, Goltzstraße und zum Winterfeldtplatz sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Bezüglich Kneipen und Restaurants lässt die Gegend nichts zu wünschen übrig.
- der Wochenmarkt ist direkt um die Ecke, alle zwei Wochen gibt es einen Flohmarkt.
- Der Kleistpark und der Gleisdreieckpark sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke.

- in der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden
- Da wir in der Zeit im Ausland sein werden, wird ein Teil unserer persönlichen Gegenstände in der Wohnung bleiben.

The apartment is perfect for couples or a young family with a small child.

The apartment is located in a renovated old building of 74 sqm and consists of a cozy bedroom with a small balcony and a large living room with an attached kitchen.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need: Fully furnished (bed 180x200, loft bed (90x200), desk, washing machine, closets, sofa corner, dining table, fully equipped kitchen from toaster to yogurt machine).

Location
- The apartment is located in a quiet street near the Kleistpark and thus well connected between U7 and S1. There are also direct bus connections to the zoo, Südkreuz, and central station.
- shopping facilities (Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, Aldi) are within walking distance
- the apartment is very close to the beautiful Crelle-Kiez. A short walk also takes you to Akazienstraße, Goltzstraße, and Winterfeldtplatz. As for pubs and restaurants, the area leaves nothing to be desired.
- The weekly market is right around the corner, and there is a flea market every second week.
- The Kleistpark and Gleisdreieckpark are also just around the corner.

- Since we will be abroad during the time, some of our personal belongings will stay in the apartment.
