Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Paare oder eine junge Familie mit einem kleinen Kind.
Die Wohnung in einem renoviertem Altbau hat 74 qm und besteht aus einem gemütlichen Schlafzimmer mit kleinem Balkon und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener Küche.
Wir vermieten die Wohnung voll ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht: vollmöbliert (Bett 180x200, Hochbett (90x200), Schreibtisch, Waschmaschine, Kleiderschränke, Sofaecke, Esstisch, vollausgestatte Küche vom Toaster bis zur Joghurtmaschine)
- Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in der Nähe des Kleistparks und damit gut angebunden zwischen U7 und S1. Es gibt auch direkte Busverbindungen zum Zoo, Südkreuz und Hauptbahnhof
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Rewe,Edeka, Aldi) sind zahlreich zu Fuß zu erreichen
- die Wohnung ist ganz in der Nähe des schönen Crelle-Kiez. Auch zur Akazienstraße, Goltzstraße und zum Winterfeldtplatz sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Bezüglich Kneipen und Restaurants lässt die Gegend nichts zu wünschen übrig.
- der Wochenmarkt ist direkt um die Ecke, alle zwei Wochen gibt es einen Flohmarkt.
- Der Kleistpark und der Gleisdreieckpark sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke.
- in der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden
- Da wir in der Zeit im Ausland sein werden, wird ein Teil unserer persönlichen Gegenstände in der Wohnung bleiben.
- WLAN (1000/50), Strom, etc. sind in der Miete bereits enthalten
- Die Wohnung ist perfekt für junge Familien. Bei Bedarf können wir gern Hochstühle, Babybett, Spielzeug und alles andere zur Verfügung stellen.

The apartment is located in a renovated old building of 74 sqm and consists of a cozy bedroom with a small balcony and a large living room with an attached kitchen.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need: Fully furnished (bed 180x200, loft bed (90x200), desk, washing machine, closets, sofa corner, dining table, fully equipped kitchen from toaster to yogurt machine).
Location
- The apartment is located in a quiet street near the Kleistpark and thus well connected between U7 and S1. There are also direct bus connections to the zoo, Südkreuz, and central station.
- shopping facilities (Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, Aldi) are within walking distance
- the apartment is very close to the beautiful Crelle-Kiez. A short walk also takes you to Akazienstraße, Goltzstraße, and Winterfeldtplatz. As for pubs and restaurants, the area leaves nothing to be desired.
- The weekly market is right around the corner, and there is a flea market every second week.
- The Kleistpark and Gleisdreieckpark are also just around the corner.
Other:
- smoking is not allowed in the apartment
- Since we will be abroad during the time, some of our personal belongings will stay in the apartment.
- WLAN (1000/50), electricity, etc., are already included in the rent.
- The apartment is perfect for young families. If needed, we can easily provide high chairs, cot, toys and everything else.
