Apt required June & July only - 950e month warm

Hi everyone! Hoping to find an apartment for June & July. I'm a solo traveller, 49yrs old, single. I have visited Berlin a few times before and love it. I work in Medical Administration in a hospital in Dublin, Ireland and now on a career break.
I enjoy exercising, reading, cycling, exploring markets, taking photos and getting lost in new places. I'm responsible, very tidy and a landlord myself at home in ireland. I understand the importance of finding a good tenant. I would prefer a place that's quiet, near a park or water, easily accessible by public transport and safe for me to walk around at night. I'm not too fussy where it's located 😁 I would love a place that's bright, with character and very clean. My max budget is 950e warm rent.
