Hi everyone! I'm Giovanni, 30 y old from Italy.
I will start a new job adventure as a Senior Sustainability Manager and I'm looking for a new room/flat in Berlin starting from February / March for long-term. Anmeldung needed.
My budget is around 600 EUR per month for a room and 1.000 EUR Warm for a flat (1-2 rooms). I can consider all the districts, but within the Ring or close to it.
If you re wondering why you should choose me among the remaining billion people looking for a flat I don't have the answer, but I can tell you that I had many years of "roomating", in Italy and abroad. I m tidy, open-minded, half nerd half party-lover. I speak italian and english, but I'm starting learning German as well.
I'll be in Berlin from 17.01 to 29.01 - hope we can schedule some visits during this time and that can be a match!
