Hallo zusammen,
Wir suchen ab Juni eine gemütliche Wohnung gerne im Ring oder auch in Ringnähe, idealerweise zur Nachmiete, aber gerne auch zur Zwischenmiete sofern es über min. 3 Monate hinaus geht.

Ein bisschen was zu uns: wir sind beide 35 Jahre alt und wohnen derzeit zur Zwischenmiete in Neukölln. Philipp arbeitet als Software Developer und ich bin Unternehmensberaterin. Wir unternehmen viel und daher man würde uns nicht unbedingt als ruhige Menschen beschreiben, allerdings nutzen wir unser Zuhause als Zufluchtsort für entspannte Stunden (z.B. Lesen, Yoga). Wir sind Nicht-Raucher, sehr ordentlich und zuverlässig. Du kannst dir also sicher sein, dass deine Wohnung und deine Sachen bei uns in sehr guten Händen sind.

Hello everyone,
We are looking for a cosy apartment from June - also for sublease in case it's 3 months or longer.

A bit about us: we are 35 years old and currently still live in a sublet apartment in Neukölln. Philipp works as a software developer and I am a management consultant. We like to go out and meet new people. That's why we wouldn't necessarily be described as quiet people, but we do use our home as a sanctuary for relaxing hours (e.g. reading, yoga). We are non-smokers, very tidy and reliable. So you can be sure that your apartment and your belongings are in very good hands with us.
