Couple looking for a room

We are both originally from England but currently studying in Amsterdam and graduate this year. I am coming to work and my boyfriend, Joe, is planing to carry on his masters at the Berlin School of Mind and Brain. I am 21 and Joe is 22, and we are fun, social people so happy to flat share if there is a nice room available (although Joe would prefer us have a private flat). We both love animals and enjoy hanging out with friends or going out at the weekends (though not too regularly as we also both love sleep). We are looking for a room at least 20m^2, ideally with a separate kitchen and bathroom, preferably in the Kreuzerg/Friedrichschein area and a balcony, garden or rooftop would be a real plus. However these are not all definite requirements if there is a nice clean room available for a good price. We have furniture already but would be able to sell some of it if we find a furnished room.
