We are independent artists and businessmen (Itamar 35, Shir 32). We have just arrived in Berlin and we are interested in starting a business here. Shir is a German citizen, and we can present that we have money in the bank account to pay the rent. The plan is to start an independent business here in Berlin after finding a place to live.

We are responsible-minded and reliable. we had an hostel and we carried out basic repair and maintenance work by our self. We will do this with pleasure in our new apartment as well.
