Guten Tag,
I'm a 25 year old Canadian looking for a new start in Berlin. I will be moving there sometime between October 2019 and January 2020 to attend a work program and start working. I plan to settle in Berlin long-term. I would like to rent a furnished apartment with dishwasher, private room, maximum 1 other roommate, a lift and no pets allowed ideally a bit further from the city center. I don't smoke, I speak fluent English, French, Italian and I plan on learning German to integrate better into german society.
