2-3 Zimmer Zuhause gesucht

Hallo Berlin,

mein Name ist Alexander, ich bin 33 Jahre alt und suche eine nette 2-3 Zimmer Wohnung in den angegebenen Ecken Berlins. In der Vergangenheit habe ich bereits zeitweise in Berlin gewohnt, sodass mir die Stadt nicht neu ist.
Ich arbeite als Online Marketing Manager in einer bald führenden Position, habe keine Haustiere, bin sauber und spiele keine Instrumente. Da ich zum Großteil von zu Hause aus arbeiten werde, ist mir ein Balkon zum Entspannen sehr wichtig - ein 3. Zimmer für ein Büro wäre ideal, ist aber absolut kein Muss. Grundsätzlich bin ich an einer langfristigen Lösung interessiert.
Auch wenn ich von Köln herziehe, bin ich sehr flexibel und kann sofort oder nach Verfügbarkeit einziehen; eine kurzfristige Besichtigung kann ich i.d.R. organisieren und freue mich auf eine Meldung.

Hey Berlin,

I'm Alex, 33 yrs. old and looking for a flat in the area of F'hain, Kreuzberg, Neukölln - ideally as a permanent stay. As I already lived in Berlin a few years back, this is more of a "homecoming", so Berlin is not completely new to me.
Currently, I am working for a bit media agency which operates globally and where I will take over the lead of a small team very soon.
I don't have any pets nor do I play any instruments - since I will work from home I'd consider myself a calm neighbour. The flat should have at least two rooms, an third one would be perfect for a separate office but is not mandatory. What really is needed is a balcony.

I am pretty flexible when it comes to a moving in date, so please reach out in case you have something interesting to offer.
