6 WEEKS RENTAL END DEC - MIDDLE JAN

Hello,
We rent our beautiful old building apartment from 30.11.23 to 10.01.24 23 days. It is 130 sqm and has a great quiet garden with sun lounger, large table and barbecue facilities. In the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms. It is suitable either for 2 people who want to have a lot of their own space - or for a couple and one or 2 other people (so 4 people in total). We will increase the price slightly for 4 people.
We live in Kreuzberg - directly between Möckernbrücke and Hallesches Tor - the connection is very good (U3, U6, U7, M41 directly in front of the door).

Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne Altbau Wohnung vom 30.11.23 bis zum 10.01.24 23 Tage. Sie ist 130 qm groß und hat einen tollen ruhig gelegenen Garten mit Sonnenliege, großem Tisch und Grillmöglichkeit. In der Wohnung gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 2 Wohnzimmer. Sie eignet sich entweder für 2 Leute, die jeweils viel eigenen Space haben wollen - oder auch einem Pärchen und ein bis 2 weiteren Personen (also 4 Leute insgesamt). Den Preis erhöhen wir bei 4 leuten leicht nach oben.
Wir wohnen in Kreuzberg - direkt zwischen Möckernbrücke und Hallesches Tor - die Anbindung ist sehr gut (U3, U6, U7, M41 direkt vor der Tür).
