Möblierte 2-Zimmer Wohnung am Rhein (Zwischenmiete)

Hallo,
Ich suche für meine wunderschöne Wohnung in Bonn Rüngsdorf eine/n Zwischenmieter/in, da ich für mein Studium für sechs Monate weg sein werde. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gemütlich. Ich überlasse sie vollmöbliert (siehe Fotos). Über den Flur erreicht man auf rechter Seite die voll ausgestattete Einbauküche und das Büro mit einem höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch. Geradeaus ist das Bad mit Dusche und WC. Und auf linker Seite ist der schön sonnige Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit Balkon, auf dem noch ein großer Kühlschrank mit Kühltruhe steht. Der Balkon blickt in südliche Richtung auf einen grünen Innenhof. Im Erdgeschoss ist auch eine Waschküche für alle Mieter (wir haben eine wirklich sehr freundliche Nachbarschaft im Haus) mit meiner Waschmaschine. Außerdem steht ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung.
Miete beträgt warm (inklusive Strom, Nebenkosten und Internet) 950€.

I’m subletting my beautiful flat in Bonn Rüngsdorf because I’m leaving town for six months for my studies. The apartment is very bright and cozy and I leave it fully furnished (see photos). The kitchen and the office with a height-adjustable desk can be reached on the right side via the hallway. Straight ahead is the bathroom with shower and toilet. And on the left is the sunny living and sleeping area with a balcony, on which there is also a large fridge with freezer. The balcony faces south towards a green inner courtyard. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room for all tenants, where my washing machine is. There is also a parking space in the underground garage.
The rent is 950 and includes electricity, all additional costs and internet.
