Hi,
I, along with one of my friends, am looking to rent a 3 room apartment in Darmstadt at least for a period of 1 year. We would like to move in Feb - Mar 2017. Below are our preferences:
1. Rent: Total Rent (including all expenses) should not exceed EUR 900 per month
2. Location: Close to city center, but flexible on this point
3. Rooms: 3 (2 bedrooms + 1 living room)
4. Other Preferences:
a. Properties with balconies / terraces preferred
b. Property should be well connected via public transport
c. Furnished properties with fitted kitchens and bathrooms preferred
