It has a separate bedroom (approx. 18 square meters), a living room of the same size, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. Wie bereits erwähnt, habe ich meine Wohnung sehr geliebt und ich weine ihr etwas nach.
Sie ist gut geschnitten, eignet sich ideal für Singles oder auch Pärchen. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich und alle wichtigen Dinge (Uni, Freizeitmöglickeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Party-Zentren, Bahnhöfe) sind leicht zu Fuß oder mit den Öffis innerhalb von 20min.erreichbar.
Ich bin Nichtraucherin und in der Wohnung wurde auch nie geraucht, dass heißt die Wohnung ist wie ich sie bekommen habe, noch neu saniert.
Die Wohnung wäre möbiliert abzugeben, dafür hätte ich gerne 7.000 Euro Ablöse, der Preis ist verhandelbar, da ich die Küche ebenfalls drinnen lassen würde. Ich kann für mein nächsten Abenteuer leider nichts davon brauchen.
Ihr könnt die Wohnung gerne besichtigen kommen.
Es würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ich eine*n nette*n Nachmieter*in für meine Wohnung finden würde.

As already mentioned, I loved my apartment very much and I'm a bit sorry to let it go.
It has a good layout and is ideal for singles or couples. The neighbors are all very friendly and all important things (university, leisure activities, shopping, party centers, train stations) are easily accessible on foot or by public transport within 20 minutes.
I am a non-smoker and have never smoked in the apartment, which means that the apartment is as I got it, still newly renovated.
The apartment would be sold furnished, for which I would like to have 7,000 euros deposit, the price is negotiable, as I would also leave the kitchen inside. Unfortunately, I can't use any of it for my next adventure.
You are welcome to come and view the apartment.
I would be very happy if I could find a nice new tenant for my apartment.
