Im Schlafzimmer erwartet dich ein gemütliches Bett und ausreichend Stauraum für deine persönlichen Gegenstände. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Geräten und Kochutensilien, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne sowie eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner für deine Wäsche.

Mietbedingungen: Die monatliche Miete beträgt 1500 Euro, inklusive aller Nebenkosten sowie Internet. Eine Kaution in Höhe von 1000 Euro wird ebenfalls fällig. Rental conditions: The monthly rent is 1500 euros, including all additional costs and internet. A deposit of 1000 euros is also required. There may be an option to take over the apartment long-term from September. In this case, the furniture would have to be purchased for a fee, but this will be clarified soon and is of course not decisive.
