Room required for stay during Masters course for 2 years/ Zimmer für den Aufenthalt während des Masterstudiums für 2 Jahre erforderlich

Hello,
I am Adithya Harithas from India. I am incoming Student at TU Kaiserslautern for Masters in Engineering. I have completed my Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and also have work experience of 4 years from Continental Automotive India.
Since, I wanted to pursue my higher education in a prestigious university and in automotive field, I chose The course Commercial Vehicle technology in TU Kaiserslautern. I have even completed A2 in German and can manage basic communications and can speak good English.
I have already got the admission from the college and have fixed the moving date to 6th of October. I am now searching for rooms for my stay during this tenure(at least for 1 year and aftmost for 2 years). My preferences include furnished room with area of at least 15sqm. It would be better if the location is close to the university with a friendly neighborhood. My budget is from 250 - 375 euros monthly including everything.
